Track testing at Goodwood circuit

Today was a glorious sunny day on the `south coast and there is no finer setting than `Goodwood motor circuit in the sun.

I visited the circuit as leading up to the Revival in September many cars gather at the circuit to get tested, as do the drivers. There are also a mix of various classic motorbikes, Matchless, Norton, Triumph and all the best of pre 50s machines.

You never know what you might see at a test day, that's why it is always worth a visit.

On track were a Ferrari, seen below, Corvette Stingray, AC Cobra and many more famous marques.

It is a great opportunity to get close to the cars, without crowds of people standing round blocking photo taking. You can get shots that you wouldn't normally have a chance to grab.

The atmosphere is friendly with drivers talking to photographers. i took some film footage which will be on my Youtube account, MrJezwebb, next week.  

Get yourself down to Goodwood for the next track testing session, and enjoy the past.
