A little about the history

The Audi A3 was established back in 1996. But no fast forward to today and we are on the fourth generation of the model. There is a lot of competition out there, and while it used to be the winning contender all those years ago, Audi have had to make some vast improvements over the years to ensure that the A3 still stands up to the rest. The successful 2nd generation model, launched back in 2003 was the one that really pushed its competitions to the edge and with the likes of BMW and Mercedes unable to compete, the A3 took the winning post. It gave customers the option of a luxury brand, a car that did it all, without the massive price tag. It really was a game changer for Audi. The latest generation model has recently been released.

Can you get a good deal?

The answer is yes. Like any other vehicles, the deals are based on the garages, dealerships and online websites that you explore. It would solely depend on what your budget might be. If youa have savings you will be looking for an outright purchase price, however a monthly budget may give you greater flexibility in terms of what your options are. Lease is growing in popularity and there is even free delivery car leasing available should you need it. Dealerships and online websites will have different options available to you, so make sure you explore each one and look at the fine print to ensure that you are finding the right deal and cost for you.

Design and overall look

Audi have worked hard on the latest mk4 version of the A3. While you can no longer get a three door version, the styling of the 5 door sport back is simply one you cannot ignore. There is also a slight increase in size which Audi says has and will improve the passenger comfort inside the vehicle, especially in the rear seats. The vehicle is available in hybrid, diesel and petrol versions and all are boasting excellent fuel economy. The electrification strategy that Audi is implementing is very evident in these new releases of vehicles.

In conclusion

While there may be a lot of competition out there for the Audi A3 sportback there are very few vehicles that accelerate ahead in terms of look, styling, performance and reliability. The Audi A3 is still the all-rounder that you love and will likely continue to be that way for many months and years to come.
